The EIX Advantage system was developed by Milton Pedraza, who founded the trusted and respected Luxury Institute in 2004. After successfully helping dozens of top-tier luxury brands to transform their transactional sales cultures into high-performance client relationship building environments through the power of domain expertise and emotional intelligence, Milton began to receive many requests for assistance from companies in other non-luxury related industries.

Between 2016 and 2017, Milton attended an invitation-only Stanford entrepreneurs course, as well as a conference on Artificial Intelligence. At both events, teachers and executives whom Milton met, heard his story and inspired him to develop a technology platform in order to power and scale his efforts to help these industries beyond that of luxury. EIX Advantage is the result of those efforts.

Today, EIX Advantage serves the health care, financial services, education, automotive, technology, retail, and other industries that place high value on internal and external client relationships in order for their businesses to continue to grow.
